Top Five Meals

  1. Potatoes with corn and homemade gravy with biscuit and fried chicken
  2. Eggs, sausage, ham, potatoes, bell peppers, cheese with ketchup and some toast
  3. Signature banana oatmeal: the perfect healthy breakfast with a glass of OJ.
  4. Pizza- pepperoni and sausage
  5. Sushi


Recipe: Splenderific Banana Oatmeal
Boil 2 cups of water; stir in about 1 and a half cups of oatmeal
In bowl, mix in ¼ - 1/8 a cup of brown sugar and one whole banana
After cooking oatmeal for a minute, pour it into bowl
After mixing, pour in about ½ a cup to one cup of milk
Add 2 tablespoons of flax seed oil
